The Spicerhaart Residential Lettings Graduate Management Programme aims to compliment our existing Training and Development Programme which enables every employee to rise from trainee negotiator to branch manager within a minimum of 2 years. Successful candidates on the Graduate Management Programme will be put through the same training courses and development and will go from trainee negotiator to assistant manager in just 9 months.
In addition to our full time Graduate Management Programme we also offer 10 week paid summer internships at branches across the country. These internships give graduates an excellent insight into our business prior to commencing their final year at University. Successful interns are offered positions on our Graduate Management Programme at the conclusion of the 10 weeks, to be taken up in the September following their final year.
